    Default Newbie looking advice cheers

Hello all I'm a new member so please be patient. Been looking for a while and now decided it's time
After having plenty of reptiles now frogs are the future
Went to buy a second hand viv out of my local English store but wasn't keen on the sides of the tank been covered aswell as the back
After a change of heart I have bought a 2 1/2ft fish tank and stand I've done a bit research on you tube and google. I'm wanting dart frogs but wanting to make the back ground myself ( expanding foam and plant pots ) but toying with 3 options
    1. No water feature
    2. A bought waterfall (exo-terro) placed in a corner
    3. A homemade 1 with a pump hidden behind the foam

For the bottom I'm thinking I've 2 options
    1. Hydro balls , mesh and substrate
    2. False bottom with hydroballs and a few inches of water and the mesh and substrate

What are the best options and any pro,s and cons cheers and are there any other options open to me
Thanks for your time and comments in advance

If you want a water feature I would probably go with homemade or none at all. I have had a exoterra waterfall for my 2 whites, and they get horrible and nasty to clean, and for 80$, just a little stream comes out! Don't waste your money on one of those!

Not sure about false bottom as I've never used one, but I've heard they make things easier.

Hello and welcome! If you take a look at this thread - http://www.frogforum.net/vivarium-te...questions.html -there are many links to teach you different techniques. It explains false bottoms and drainage layers along with water features.
