It's not as bad as when I first noticed him opening his eyes.

The picture makes it hard to see but it's just a slight foggyness now

Opening his eyes is a good sign, it means he is feeling better, but just from his posture in the picture, he still isn't doing good. Did you do any soaking in pedialite? If not you should, if you did, continue with it. Keep going with the positive changes, try to make is environment spot on, and hopefully he will pull through.
