Thanks for reply; well... first thing you need to do is read this article and learn how to care for frog: Frog Forum - Pacman and Horned Frogs - Ceratophrys - Care and Breeding. If back and sides of enclosure are not covered in paper (i.e. aquarium background) recommend do so. Water should be treated tap for both mixing with substrate (shredded coco like ExoTerra Plantation Soil or Zoo Med EcoEarth) and for the frog water dish (cleaned daily). Substrate should be damp so it clumps in fist; but does not drip water out when squeezed. Get rid of that moss; it's an impaction hazard! You can use distilled water for misting to prevent water marks on glass.

Temperature is too cold; air temp couple in. from substrate should be 82F (28C) day with just a couple degree drop at night. Long term exposure to cold will cause permanent damage to frogs kidneys and lymph hearts resulting in edema. You can use a heat pad on the tanks side (not on bottom) or a 40-60 watt ceramic heat emitter on a Fluker's or similar dome fixture with built in dimmer to adjust heat. To maintain humidity and heat in tank can cover with aluminum foil all top; but area for lights and like 1 inch space around them for ventilation.

Need to dust food in supplements regardless of crickets gut load. Uneaten crickets should be removed 1 hour after feeding or no later than next morning if feeding at night. More info on supplements in here: http://www.frogforum.net/food-feeder...schedules.html.

Try and get not dyed night crawlers at Walmart or a local bait shop and teach frog to eat them from rubber/plastic tipped tongs. They are the best food you can give frog.

Not much you can do for eyes. If it's caused by too a bright light it should get better after condition change. If an irritation; replacing properly treated substrate should help. Can also prepare a Melafix (fish natural antibiotic) solution according to label instructions and using an eyedropper apply 2X daily to frog's eyes. If there is an infection do recommend take frog to a herp vet. Hope frog gets better and good luck !
