That tank has the right height, but the 13x13 foot print is entirely too small, especially once you add anything into the tank. It will get more and more confined once you add any sort of foliage, whether it be fake or real, climbing wood, water dish, ect.

Heating pads are fine for glass terrariums. They do not get to the 1400*f it required to melt glass. A lamp above a converted tank is not a good thing either. Condensation builds up on the hot glass and cracks it. Quite a few members learned that lesson the hard way.

There aren't really any tree frogs that will live in that size conversion comfortably for a life time.
