African Dwarf Frog holds food in mouth, wont swallow?

It's probably from the stress. I move him to a plate full of thawed frozen blood worms to eat. He's done it about 3 times but this time he wont eat anything. I also caught him laying upside down on top of tank. He lives in a ten gallon tank with another frog. Any suggestion on feeding. Tweezers are just way too sharp. Where can I find plates to put in tank? Thanks!
