I have a 30 gallon tank that is home to several frogs, neons, catfish and other community fish. The tank has been set up for years and the frogs have been with me for about 4 years. One of the catfish developed ICK. That was when I noticed one of the frogs has a white cottony substance on his hind foot. I treated the ICK, but it did not improve the condition of the frog. I now believe he has a fungus. I quarantined him and treated with fungal medication. I also did a 25% water change, treated the whole tank, cleaned the filter, plants and inside the aquarium. This was yesterday. I do not see any improvements today. I have an appointment with a vet tomorrow. Is there anything else I can try? Can the fungus be removed? Any good advice is appreciated.
Thanks and a have a great evening!
Lisa
