A worm is soft, no bone and squishy. Roll it into a ball and you will see that even in a ball, the worm isnt any bigger/wider than the space between their eyes at any angle.
A mice is solid, full of bone, hard to digest and definatly not squeeshy. Adults, not sub adults, CAN be fed pinkies as a once in a while treat for diversity of food and nutrients. They should not be use as a "fatting " diet and never mind a every feeding time food.
Impaction and constipation might of not happen to you yet but it just might be coming! And i sincerely hope not.
