Hornworms aren't really an option as it is actually getting cold here (its a miracle considering we are in So. Cal). The caterpillars I feed are normal inchworms, I believe the adult moths are fiery skipper moths. I have been feeding these to my insects and my frog for over a year and have never had any problems.
