This question seems silly to ask since tomato frogs are burrowers but my room mate wanted me to check. My tomato frogs are in a tank right now where I can't keep a light on them long cause they are in a shelf with no room on top and the cling on light that grips on the side produced some heat that burnt the pin on the terrarium door away cause it was too close.

I have 4 tomatoes in a 36"L, 18"W terrarium. The humidity was good and temp was abut 76F. Gauge seems to be broken now. Two of the older one and as it happens the two females not the males. Sometimes try to climb the glass. Tried to move Cali the large female but she hissed at me. Here is the question: the soil is moist. And it clings to their skin somewhat. not overly moist, you couldn't wring water out of it. But she thinks its bothering them cause she see's them trying to paw it off.
