-How long have you had your frogs?

-How many WTFs do you have?

    -Do they live together?

-Did you quarantine your frogs when you first got them?
--If yes, how long and under what conditions?
    --if no, why not?

-What age are your frogs? (Baby, sub-adult, adult if you don't know exact age

-Where did you get your frogs?

-How old were they when you got them?

-Are your frogs WC (wild caught) or CB (captive bred)

    -What sex are your frogs?

-What type of insects do you feed?

    -How often?

    -How many at a time?

    -Dusted?
--If yes, with what and how often?
    --If no, why not?

-Do you feed by bowl, by hand, or "free range"?

    -What time do you feed?

-How active are your frogs? (Sedentary/not at all, slightly, a lot)
--When/what time are your frogs most active?

-Describe your frog's enclosure set up and care regime- include type/size of enclosure, lighting, heat, humidity, water for soaking and misting, substrate, when and how often you spot clean & deep clean, where the enclosure is located, etc.

-Where do your frogs spend most of their time IN their enclosure (on the ground, in hides, up as high as they can get, etc)

-Do your frogs spend a lot of time in the substrate, burrowing?
--Have you seen your frog ingest substrate?
--If yes, what was the result?

-Do your frogs spend a lot of time in the water dish soaking?
--If yes, how often would you say they spend in the water?

-What is your water like? (tap, spring, well, bottled, etc)
--If you treat your water, with what?
    --if you don't, why not?

    -Do you handle your frogs?
--If yes, explain how and how often

-What color are your frogs usually?
--When they change color what do you think usually brings it on?
--How long does the color change usually last?

-Have your frogs experienced any medical issues?
--If yes, what was it and what did you do to fix (or try to fix) the problem
    --What was the result?

Thanks in advance for the help! If you have anything else you'd like to add about your frogs (including pics) please feel free!

Humidity maintained with a spray bottle. Water bowl changed every day, paper towels changed every two days, spot clean/wipe down as needed. -Where do your frogs spend most of their time IN their enclosure (on the ground, in hides, up as high as they can get, etc)

-Do your frogs spend a lot of time in the substrate, burrowing? Bonk: hides under water dish, Julep: sits on paper towel a lot.

--If yes, explain how and how often. When I need to take them to the vet, or give them a warm bath to ease impaction.

-What color are your frogs usually? Green
--When they change color what do you think usually brings it on? As far as I can tell, cold, damp, a dark background and stress are all factors.
--How long does the color change usually last? It's never a full color change and only lasts a few minuites

-Have your frogs experienced any medical issues? Bonk had a lot of protozoa
--If yes, what was it and what did you do to fix (or try to fix) the Vet ordered methinozole(?) dripped on his skin

Protozoa still present, seeming personality change, greater fearfulness

Default Re: Calling All White's Tree Frog Owners... A Few Care Questions

-Where do you live? (state or general location, want to get an idea on region/weather, etc.)

    Canada, Alberta, Calgary

-How long have you had your frogs?

    just under a year

-How many WTFs do you have?

    2

    -Do they live together?

    yes

-Did you quarantine your frogs when you first got them?

    no because they came together

-What age are your frogs? (Baby, sub-adult, adult if you don't know exact age

    both are sub adult

-Where did you get your frogs?

    Petland

-How old were they when you got them?

i think Betty was sub adult and Sally was maybe a baby/ sub adult stage.

-Are your frogs WC (wild caught) or CB (captive bred)

    i dont know.

    -What sex are your frogs?

    Females

-What type of insects do you feed?

    Crickets
    -How often?

2-3 times a week or when they stare at the cricket keeper through the glass

    -How many at a time?

with my youngest, 10-20 and with Betty about 10 or less

    -Dusted?
--If yes, with what and how often? I feed my crickets water with calcium so I don't dust them.
    --If no, why not?

-Do you feed by bowl, by hand, or "free range"? Originally I was doing free range, but stopped because little Sally wasn't getting any and Betty was getting all the food. Now I put crickets in a container and put each frog in to catch their food without the competition.

-What time do you feed? Nighttime

-How active are your frogs? (Sedentary/not at all, slightly, a lot) at night they are quite active especially Sally.

-Describe your frog's enclosure set up and care regime- include type/size of enclosure, lighting, heat, humidity, water for soaking and misting, substrate, when and how often you spot clean & deep clean, where the enclosure is located, etc. Right now they have a exo terra 18x18x24 terrarium, two headlamps one for day one for night, I keep their humidity at 40 to 50% because they burrow if it's any higher, a water dish and a waterfall, coconut fiber substrate, I do a big cleanup about once a month and they are in my dining room.

-Where do your frogs spend most of their time IN their enclosure (on the ground, in hides, up as high as they can get, etc)
Sally likes the mushroom ledge and Betty loves the water.

-Do your frogs spend a lot of time in the substrate, burrowing? Not anymore.

--Have you seen your frog ingest substrate? No, other than a tiny bit while catching crickets but they usually spit it out.
--If yes, what was the result?

-Do your frogs spend a lot of time in the water dish soaking? Yes

--If yes, how often would you say they spend in the water? A few times a day usually in the morning

-What is your water like? (tap, spring, well, bottled, etc) my house has reverse osmosis water and it's already treated so I don't have to do anything to the water.
--If you treat your water, with what?
    --if you don't, why not?

-Do you handle your frogs? Yes
--If yes, explain how and how often I hold them, they climb on me they sit on my shoulder, Betty loves exploring my hair. Sometimes they nibble on my fingers. Usually once a day or less.

-What color are your frogs usually? Betty is a light blue green and Sally is a snowflake and is usually a dark green.

--When they change color what do you think usually brings it on? Change in environment, humidity.

--How long does the color change usually last?a few hours or less.

-Have your frogs experienced any medical issues? Sally was a bit underweight when I first got her. I fed her lots.
sorry, wouldn't let me add pictures, C
