Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
I'm going to take a really wild guess, it is a species for hylarana. It kinda looks like it comes from that genus but could possibly even be a hylid. Just a guess, need more side angles, front views, and closer up photos.
