Flipper has not eaten for 2 months now

Regular tank filter, never bothered the frog

Large stones (golf ball sized)

Artificial plants, 2 caves for Flipper to hide in. The rocks and fake plants were cleaned and left out for 24 hours (nothing has been added to the tank recently)

Reptomin floating food pellets, whenever the frog will eat
10. CA, vitamins, and any other additives used (how often)?
Food pellets are fortified with calcium
11. Lighting set-up and hours it's used?
Lighting is just a tank light, left on for daylight hours, turned off at night

Frog looks perfectly fine, just thin

Water changed whenever it looks dirty (usually every few months) I recently did a water change to see if it would help-it didn't

Based on your answers here I'd say there is nothing obvious causing him to not eat. You could always pick up some worms from the store ad get him to eat one. Frogs usually can' resist them. The questioner don't ask, but how often do you attempt to feed?
I also wanted to address a couple of other things.
The testing- it is good to keep nitrates low, but they are not deadly like ammonia and nitrites. Low nitrates is not a confirmation that ammonia ad nitrite are 0, which is the only safe reading for those 2.
The pleco- an absolute horrible tank mate for a lawed frog. Especially in a 20 gallon. Though I am sure you have not had any issues yet and you may never, but they have rough skin and sharp fins. An accident could easily happen. Plecos also produce a ton of waste and can cause poor water quality. They also grow way too big for a 20 gallon aquarium. And here is a chance the frog cold attempt to eat the pleco which could injure or kill both of them. And plecos are known for craving slime coats as they get older and will often latch onto slow moving tank mates which will cause cuts/soars and bacteria infections.
The water quality-It is absolutely imperative to do "regular" water changes. Waiting till he water looks dirty is way too late. At a bar minimum the difference in quality pre and post water change can shock your animals. And "dirty" water is likely to be "dirty".
I also wanted to ask if you have a tight cover on the tank as you mentioned it is full all the way up.

There is a tight cover on the tank.
I try to feed him every day now. Flipper is hand fed and I remove the uneaten food sticks.

I second Tony's suggestion of trying a live worm. You can pick up some nightcrawlers from Walmart (in the fishing section). Cut the worm into 3" pieces and try to hand feed. Drives every frog crazy. I've never seen it turned down.
This may also be one of the few times it's worth trying bloodworms. Bloodworms aren't usually recommended, but it might work for stimulating his appetite. Good luck!

[Cane Toad Problems]

Hello there

My cane toad stopped eating three months ago, I tried treating her with warm water baths with honey, different food and different temperatures. After months of stressing over why she was not eating, I took her to the vet. It turns out she had a big infection in her belly and this is why she is not eating (there was a big lump even I hadn't noticed). If it has been two months.. and nothing else has worked, I would strongly suggest taking your frog to the vet for some scans. I wish I had taken my toad sooner, the extra time without eating has made her very weak and she is struggling to make it through even with treatment now. If there is a vet who specialises in exotic pets this would be even better, I drove for an hour to take mine in the end. It may be that your frog has an impaction or even an infection like my toad. They took an X-Ray and an Ultrasound and it was very noticeable on the scans. Though I hope (he) is not this unwell!

Flipper died several weeks ago. I wish we had a vet that would have treated a frog.
