    Hi,
I would recommend you get him to a herp vet. It could be a few things.
    ie parasites, bacterial infection ?

He looks really good, otherwise. I'm orry for your trouble.
Keep him well fed, supplemented, and in the proper temp ---- it will help him recover well.
He will , likely, need antibiotics.

Be sure the "herp" vet you take him to is experience w frogs.
    Please keep us posted.
