    I havent been misting them since they spend most of the time in the water...and I dont really have hiding spots...I will work on it

    Watch out for any hides made of cedar wood, or similar, though as the oils are toxic to frogs! Oh and the stringy kinds of moss, as frogs can ingest it accidentally and plug themselves up.
