swelling on face!!

What is the problem.What am i doing wrong? Please help me. I feed this frog since 4 months. I feed him dubia, morio and meal worms. I use coconut peat for bedding. I use calcium dust regularly. I guess this is an infection. But i don't know what to do. This swelling sometimes appear and sometimes disappear. No problem in eating or defecation. I disinfect terrarium three times and change bedding media. What else can I do to heal. In my country vets are inexperienced about frogs.

Are there any wounds near or around these swollen areas? You say sometimes they reduce in size and then swell again?

What is the temperature in the frog's enclosure?
