Hi.
I'm from Korean and Sorry for my bad English writing in advance.
I couldn't get good information about frogs in korea website, so I write here.
I'm breeding one 3-year-old female ACF.
There is no male frog but she sometimes lays eggs. Of course there were unfertile eggs.
Only thing that I worried is her condition.
I think "laying eggs" is very exhausted to her, isn't it?
I wonder why she laid eggs and... is she okay if she keep laying eggs??
I'm waiting for your help! Also Thank you for your reading
I'm sorry no one has replied to you yet but yes this is just normal behavior for healthy, mature adult female frogs.Just make sure you give it well-gutloaded feeders and increase her protein intake during this time to help ease with her ovulation.Good luck and welcome!
