I am awful at IDing frogs, but my best guess would be a.... "terrified" frog :P
but seriously I just wanted to drop in and say Welcome to the forum! He's cute whatever he is!

Lol thanks! I work at petsmart and he came in a shipment of feeder fish as a tadpole so now he is a frog and I have No idea what kind.
Maybe a leopard frog
Hello and welcome to FF ! Please post a pic of frog from the side. Thank you!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
Looks like a bullfrog, Lithobates catesbeiana, from the last picture but there are a few similar species especially when young. Bullfrogs seem pretty common in feeder fish shipments though.
My guess is on bullfrog also! He/She's a cutey despite being terrified LOL

He doesn't look like a bullfrog to me...he is not green at all and he's tiny.... He turned into a frog in January or February and he still has barely grown. I think he is a columbian spotted frog but I am new to frogs so I'm just not sure...
Definitely not a columbian spotted, there are no ridges down his back. Growth could be slow depending on diet, vitamins, the water/air temperature, etc.

The dorsolateral folds on the Columbia Spotted are described as 'somewhat indistinct', but they look to be pretty much absent in these photos so I'd tend to agree with Amy.
If you had it as a tadpole, did you take any pictures? Or get an accurate measurement of it's length before it started to morph?
