I just put on the first coat of drylok and it looks like i missed quite a few cracks and crevices.... I'm wondering if it would be better coverage if i used silicone?

Looking good. What size is that tank? It doesn't look tall enough for a tree frog tank, but pictures can be miss leading.

Looks like it's going to be cool! What are you planning on doing with the hill area?

Im starting to think its not tall enough for tree frogs. Water will come up to that land area. About 7 inches and it's 18 high

That looks great, but no, it will not be tall enough for a tree frog when you're losing that much height.

I was wondering if I should do brown silicone over the drylok? The paints a bit light and im missing a lot of spots

You should probably just do another coat of drylok. The tank is definitely to short for tree frogs.

Can I stick substrate on with the drylok or should I not do that. I like the look the either way

You can but it will still be shiny, I would just do drylok tinted with non toxic acrylic paint.

Thanks a lot for all the help. I'll keep everyone posted. What frogs you would suggest for a tank like this? Since tree frogs are out? I know firebellies are an option.
