    Members of the genus Ceratophrys aka Pacman frogs in the pet trade are frogs not toads. Their bumpy armored skin gives them the appearence of a toad, but their are features of frogs and toads the separate them.

    As for the Proceratophrys, they are a few subspecies of Ceratophrys. As far as I know they are not available. There is a small relative of the Ceratophrys genus called Chacophrys pierottii that is available occatioanally.
