I would also say do another fecal test. One cool thing about Red Eyes is that they typically will not over eat. With that in mind you should offer them food daily. 4 - 6 crickets. The crickets should be sized so that they are no longer than the space between the frogs eyes. Crickets should also be dusted with an alternating schedule of Calcium with D3 and a Multivitamin. Without proper supplementation your frog could and most likely will develop issues long term.

    Thanks Paul.
I know there has been much debate over when you should feed your frogs. Some say adults should be fed every 3 days. Some say every day. I myself was unsure so I fed them every other day or every 2 days... I am really hoping it isn't parasites again. Force feeding him medicine when I first got him was the worst thing in the world!

He honestly shouldn't be under weight if he is eating good every other day. Have him tested. If nothing else, but for the peace of mind to know it isn't that. If it is parasites and he has been treated and tested clean for them once than I would remove him from his home into a temp Hospital tank (Dampend paper towel substrate, water bowl, plant clipping (not a plant clipping from his tank)). Tear his tank apart. Clean it good with a 10% bleach solution. Replace with soil and plants. Reintroduce to the tank once he tests clean again.

If it is not parasites I would either feed him more often or offer him more food at each feeding.

Do you bowl feed him or do you let him hunt for his food in the tank? Bowl feeding is best in my humble opinion. It allows you to see how much he is eating and return any uneaten crickets back to the cricket bin to eat and drink so they are ready for another round of being food the next time their number is called.

Again Dusting with supplements is crucial.

I feed him in a glass bowl that I clean with hot water and Flukers Organic Scrub before every feeding (I let it dry off first of course). And yes, I dust with ZooMed Calcium with D3 every other feeding or so. I put the crickets in a baggy and shake them so they are evenly coated, then plop them in to the dish. I also feed the crickets Flukers Orange Diet. The little orange cubes (that smell awful, lol). I am waiting for him to poop so I can take it to my vet.

I will note that this has happened within the last few days, he hasn't always been this tiny. He was always a healthy weight, a little too plump if you ask me. Not sure what happened all of a sudden. Probably parasites in that case I am really hoping it isn't though.
Here's to hoping he's okay, or that I caught it in time!

Thanks again everyone for the quick responses.
