Should I let my pixie stay burried as long as it wants to? Or should I get it out of the dirt to feed it? I am supposed to feed my pixie every 2 days but he's been burried for 3 days.

If it's a sub-adult or adult, and it is otherwise healthy, I would let it stay down for as long as it wants. Just make sure its soil does not dry out completely. If it is a youngster then I would not let it aestivate.
