If he's a baby, he definitely should not be going a week between feedings. Little ones need to eat every day to every other day depending on how big they are (every day for very young, probably every other day for juveniles-adults). He may be impacted; do you feel a hard lump on the frog's side?

You can go ahead and give him a honey bath; that's just a few drops of honey mixed with luke-warm treated water, and let him soak in that fifteen minutes or so. This helps with impaction, and it won't hurt him even if he isn't impacted.
