Default Random volunteer plant growing in eco earth?

I think I have a plant sprouting in my frogs tank. We've had the frog about 2 weeks and the only thing in there is eco earth and a couple of fake logs from the aquarium section. Also a fake coconut hide from the hermit crab section. Just went to feed and there is a tiny sprout in there. Has this happened to anyone else?

I had a volunteer show up one or twice... they were mushrooms though. I do get them in my indoor planted pots though. Maybe something made it through.. not sure what it would be though. Maybe a baby coconut tree?
