I currently have a 7 gallon tank with 1 male betta in it. I am hoping to add 1 albino african dwarf frog(if i can find one) and 1 normal african dwarf frog and 3 ghost shrimp. Will this overstock the tank? Are the mortality rates higher on the albino DAF or are they just as hardy as the normal DAF? Also any special requirements that I should know about?

IMO the tank is too small. I would recommend at least a 10 gallon tank minimum for the choice of animals you want. If your betta fish is a male, be sure to keep him separate because they can be aggressive to fish and other critters smaller than them. For mortality rates, im not so sure. Keep the lighting lower for the albino because its most likely that they are more sensitive than the normal ADFs. If you do plan to add more to the tank in the future, add fish or frogs in small amounts at a time, the ammonia levels may spike and cause unexpected fish deaths.
