Hi! I was looking in my cricket cage for crickets, and found a small white and black worms! Are these harmul? I feel so bad because I ran out of crickets last night and forgot to buy more today for my WTF. Will he be okay if he didn't eat for two nights?

Your frog doesn't have to eat every day as we or mammals do so I wouldn't worry if it goes hungry a couple of days, I don't know what you mean by worms, I assume they are some sort of larva, that feed on cricket meal, we have them in the UK ours are dark coloured, they eventually turn into some sort of meal beetle the larva of ours can be rather hairy, and turn into small black/brown beetles they are useful to feed toads with.
Hope this helps
Hard to say without a pic bit im gonna guess dermistid beetle larvae. They'll eat dead crickets and are beneficial.
