Ok so I will take youyr advice and try feeding them waxworms moths, I used to keep crickets but I switched to Dubias only because I heard they are much better to keep and are more nutritional. I'm keeping them temporarily in their tank right now, and will switch them over to my beardies 55g exo terra when his new Do It Yourself cage is complete. Their humidity seems to be about 60% most of the time (and I dechlorinate all the water, I'm used to it because of all my fish tanks water changes). The other reason for switching over to dubias was that my parents thought the crickets were annoying when they kept getting out of their holding containers.

I've gathered that earthworms are also nutritious, though you may need to cut them down to bite-size. Mine will take a segment of a worm. On the forums, I've seen someone comparing wax worms to donuts. Frogs apparently like them, but White's are so sluggish and tend to gain weight so easily that they don't really need the extra fat. Something like that.
