I have been reading about Dubia Cockroaches. Man, they get big, 4cm for males and 4.5cm for females. Are you feeding this size to your frogs or much smaller ones? Any one know of a west coast dealer where I can buy them, such as Washington or Oregon. They are not allowed in California or Hawaii. Hawaii has their own cockroaches.
Dubias are allowed in CA. I buy them from my local shop in Sacramento. Even some Petcos sell them. You can order from dubiaroaches.com
Insects should be same or smaller then distance between the frogs eyes. Some frogs have impaction issues with the big males. Feeding smaller newly molted roaches avoids that issue.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
