I have a new peacock (big eyed) tree frog.. but he looks like he has an underbite. His lower lip extends past his top one. Is there something wrong with him? He was shipped overnight in a plastic container, maybe he tried to jump and injure himself?
Can we see a picture please?
...and how often have you been using calcium supplements?

From that picture, it almost looks like his mouth is swollen with an infection? It might be worth looking into local herp vets, if this has been an ongoing symptom.
Is that also redness on the inflamed area or just the photo?. I agree with adawinters. A vet trip would be a good idea.
I agree, looks like an infection.
