Hello hope all is well,
We bought a plant from Lowe's in summer and woke up next morning to a small frog hopping around the house. It left a nice trails from plant soil to window where she was found. I will post pictures, I can't I identify what species
Hello and welcome to Frog Forum! Would you mind telling us in what area it was found? That would help in identification, also about how big is it?
It was burrowed into the plant soil. It must of come out when we watered the plant. BTW plant was stored in living room. Bought at Lowe's in July, from central New Jersey. I looked up nj frogs but none like alike. Frogy is now a pet and loves yummy crickets, large ones too. It's about 2" long
I'm thinking Grey Tree frog; but can you post a pic of frog from the side (want to check out the eyes). Thank you !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
Tomorrow morning I 'll post side picture. I believe your right on species..
Are the inside of his back legs yellow? Does he/she call at all?
