Bump on ADF head?

Hello!

my poor froggy has stopped eating about 2 weeks ago. Her nose was red but today she has developed a bump between her eyes. It's white and kinda looks like a pimple. I put her in a hospital tank because the ammonia was high and I am giving her pedialyte baths. She seems very active but still won't eat. I have been adding aquarium salt and melafix to her hospital tank. I heard quick cure might help? Any thoughts? Please help.

That injury could be compared to mild concussion in humans. She may have had sustained an injury on her head/nasal cavity or oral cavity that is preventing her from eating.
