Help!!!

Okay so I got a big order or plants in today which I didn't expect, I thought they would be here later next week! And I'm stressing out because I need to get them planted and don't know what exactly to do, I have a large terrestrial bromeliad which I can't seem to remove all the soil from it's roots, along with another broom that i have rinsed and have placed its stolon into a hole in the cork bark, which fits nicely...along with many other ferns and climbers which I will post images of in a second, if you guys could guide me along the way that would be great, i know to remove the soil from the roots and rinse the plants before planting but i feel like they're so fragile i could kill them if i do it wrong

I also have a massive load of sheet moss and don't know if there could be slugs/insects in and how would i remove them before putting it in? tHANKS!

If the tank they are going in isn't ready, just leave them in their pots until you are ready to plant them. Otherwise, rinse them and their roots under cool running water and you will be good to go.

So it doesn't matter that some soil is left on the roots, as i feel like trying to remove it will end up with my ripping the roots off the plant...
And the moss is dry ish, it is mixed in with a bag of other mosses which are wet, so yeah, I'd assume it's wet haha

Some is "ok". Some people prefer the roots to be pristine, so there's no chance of getting any perlite or vermiculite into the tank (the little white balls). They can possibly present an impaction hazard.

Most mosses are shipped in a dormant state (dry) this avoids insect issues. Best bet for cleaning it is to rinse thoroughly under cold water, then a very mild (5%) bleach dip, then rinse again in Dechlorinated water.

There doesn't appear to be any of that in the soil, no white balls, it just looks like plain soil...
And the warning on the website I've just realised says it may ship with insects and slugs but no way to get rid...though am weary of using bleach, I don't actually have any on hand at the moment but the sheet moss appears to be dormant, it is the moss balls that are moist.

There's the plants, anyone care to do a tidbit of identifying for me, they were bought as a bundle so I know a few but not the exacts of their care in terms of where they should go. That bromeliad seems pretty secure placed in the hoe in the bark, reckon it's fine like that once the roots develop or should I adhere it somehow?

This is all I can get off the plant, the water is also extremely cold here.

I would worry about those white balls on the roots. Try pulling those off.

Ive pulled as many of them off as I can, may be one or two left but it is really finnicky.

Thanks! I just got some sheet moss too, haven't done much research on it so did an experimental in filling in gaps between my cork bark with it. I soaked it in water as it was dry, will it grow like this and root to the bark?
