    Welcome to the frog forum!! I'm SO sorry that we missed your post!

    Plantation Soil and Coconut fibre are the same, so for a non-planted tank, it is best to use. But for a planted tank, ABG mix or something similar is needed.

    You will need both calcium and vitamin powders. Calcium every other feeding and Vitamins once a week. What i *used* to do (before I started feeding nightcrawlers) was i put the crickets in a cup and swirled them around until covered in powder.

    3-5 crickets a day for juveniles, every other day for sub adults and three times a week for adults is the proper feeding schedule
