    Default Tank cleaning

I was wondering how and how often i should clean my tank.
Once a week i replace all the water, is that enough?
In the tank i have moss and other plants, isn't the poop good for the plants or do i need to remove it?
Do i need to clean the gravel also or does it contain benefical bacteria for the frogs?
Don't worry, i know gravel is a no no but it is very big and smooth rocks with no edges.
It is a 65liter tank with 3 fbt

If you have deep enough gravel you could add an under water filter, operated by an air stone, and this will require you to do only partial water changes every week about 10% each time.
The poo should always be removed if it can be seen in my opinion, spot picking were possible.
