Default pacman frog haveing troble going to poo

hey everyone hows it going? Im new to the forum and was wondering if someone could help me out? I have had my pacman frog now for about 2 and a half months and I think he has only went to the bathroom about 4 times. and he ever goes in his water. I know right now hes impacted abit because I tong feed him and he hit the tongs while jumping for a worm a couple weeks ago which caused the worm to fall. When I went to pick it up to wash it he beat me to it and got a mouthful of cocofibre. But im wondering what the problem is all the other time. and ive been giving him honey baths for the last 3 nites in a row with no luck. The first month I had him I was informed to use r/o water. I now use tap with repti safe for the last month and a half. It was on here that I read that R/O was bad for him and what it does to your frog. I wasn't very happy. Hes 2and 1/2 in snout to vent.

he is in a 20 tall by himself. its 82on the warm side and 78 on the cold during the day and goes down to about 80 on the warm and 76 on the cold at nite, and I use a uth for heat with no lights. the humidity is always inbetween 70 and 80%. I give him exo terra calcium and d3 every second nite and he gets exoterra multi vitamin every Friday. He has lots of plants to hide under and to make the space not feel so big for him. he comes out of his hole at nite and goes and sits under his big lilypad but never goes to the water. I don't get why he doesnt go. and should I keep giving him the honey bath or should I try something else.

Hi, ya he has a bump on his right side, but it is bulged in his left side to. A couple weeks ago he had a lump on his left and I was bringing him to a pet store that only deal with reptiles and amphibians and he went on the way there. but this guy told me nothing except that r/o water was the best water for him so I don't think he would of really been that help full. he is in a honey bath right now with 2 cups of water and 4 nice drops of honey. temp of water is 80. He still will eat for me but im afraid to because I tried the other nite and after he swallowed he stretched his head out and did some thing were he puffed his sides out, it was kinda freaky looking. And he only eats nightcrawlers because he refuses crickets , and he gets a couple small hornworms every coulple weeks. Im really not that great with computers so I will post a pic as soon as I figure it out. And I cut all my worms to pieces that r about half inch.

Just to be sure... When you say he's in a 20tall you mean you've got it on it's side longways right? (Just asking, because when I hear tall I automatically thing of a vertical enclosure)

Sounds like you're on the right track with the honey bath. You can also gently massage the lump while he's in the honey bath. Since this seems to be something that happens often for him, you may want to just do a weekly honey bath to keep him regular. Some frogs are just prone to impaction. If you think he's impacted, don't feed till he poos, that'll just make the problem worse. An adult can go quite awhile without food, so a few days won't hurt him (also if he's an adult, you don't have to cut nightcrawlers. If he's a juvenile, keep cutting them the width between his eyes like you are)

The tank I have him in is sitting normal, the dimensions are H 17in, W 12in, L 24in. im not sure how old he is, on the 17th of this month it will be 3 months when I got him. I don't know how old they r when petsmart gets them. He was about the size of a loonie when I got him. He is out of his bath now and no luck. I even did the tailbone massage, he didn't mind it at all. Is it ok to just feed nightcrawlers? And Im presuming if this is a on going occurrence I should stay away from pinkies and stuff, and I haven't tried that yet and am in no rush.

Yeah, you may want to stay away from pinkies. Silversides don't seem to bother mine, and she's pretty prone to impaction. Just keep trying the baths until he passes the impaction.
