Hello and welcome to FF! Please read this article which covers the basics of Pacman care well. As you notice, moss is a no-no since frog can get impacted should it grab some while catching prey. Need to bring the day temp to 82F with a couple degree drop at night. Pacmans kept in the cold will suffer permanent damage to their kidneys and lymph hearts.

Water should be dechlorinated tap for both frog's dish and to mix into shredded coco substrate. Can use distilled water for misting to help keep glass clean.

Can get not dyed night crawlers at Walmart or local bait shops. Those should be the frogs staple diet. What is your frog snout to vent length? If your frog is small can cut worms with scissors from their pointy end. Crickets should be sized same as distance between frog's eyes and gut loaded carrots, lettuce, and cherios cereal 24-48 hours before feeding frog. CA/D3 should not be used daily unless product is designed for that (i.e. Repashy's Calcium Plus). For regular CA/D3 and vitamins, can use these schedules: http://www.frogforum.net/food-feeder...schedules.html. Hope this helps and good luck !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

Wow! ..... Honestly.... I'm not exactly sure how your froggy is still alive.... Please please warm him up, but do it gradually, a few degrees every day.

    Awesome! You scared me there

just make sure you warm him up gradually if he was exposed to low temps for longer time ( more then a day), it is very dangerous to heat up fast.
