oh, i'm not getting any more tilandsias. I need something that will appreciate the viv they are in. i think maybe a small viney plant.

Yeah Air plants are picky. I have killed most of mine, but the ones that survived my abuse are now doing good lol.

It took me about 10 tillies before I figured out what I was doing wrong, so you're not alone.

This post did remind me that mine were in need of a soaking....
EDIT - Also reminded me that I left an orchid out in my car...thanks for the post, Colleen, you've prevented me from killing at least one plant tonight LOL

Haha! First off, my condolences to your tillies.. Majority of their sp are xerophytic by nature and likes it dry than being wet.
How bout some small ferns or some low-growing fittonias? They can survive daily misting/watering provided they drain equally as good as it gets wet.
And good luck with getting new plants!
