Phyllomedusa tomopterna breeding

Has any one here succesfully breed P.tomopterna? I own 2 and they are about an inch (it was hard to get one to sit still on a ruler. soo mabye a liitle more than an inch). is that size ok to breed? there were not a lot of websites that had info on the breeding of this species. I am not sure how to sex frogs. I will try to post pics and if your able to help me sex them by the pics thats great
