I'm In the process of changing my moss and I notice these things swimming in water...what are they?

Springtails, nothing bad, actually good for the viv as they break down waste.

Yup...springtails
They should be there
In fact if the tank is housing PDFs , they should be added regularly
1) to help keep the soil clean
2) used as feeders for the dart frogs
