Getting a gabf needs tips

I'm making my own viv out of a fish tank.

I've read up on alot of stuff and I'm stuck on the lighting as I'm unsure what to use just want to be shown which type would be best (tubes or bulbs) etc

I've also heard about gabf doesn't like plants, however I would love to grow some moss etc on the background i was wondering whats the best to put in with the frogs?

also I'm planning on making my own water fall in any tips on this?

and any random tips anyone?
