I do have have him quarantined, not using anything I use to change his water for anyone else. I've learned many fish keeping lessons of the importance of quarantine after having an ich outbreak in my 60gal many, many years ago. Not a fun time.
I am hopeful he is going to be okay. His big issue is constant shedding skin, and these guys will eat their skin, this one just has it hanging off his body, and has been shedding since I got him home 4 days ago. I'm really hoping it's just stress, and in time he will mellow with good water quality and fish not trying to eat him.
I hadn't bleached the qt tank, my current frogs were in it, I moved them to the 40, and then put him into their old tank. They were all healthy, and had been in there for some time. I think that would be okay, if not, I can pick up bleach and clean it out.
