I'm very sorry your frog died Mindy. Myself would accurately find out how much water is in tank (maybe removing water with siphon if you have no idea) and replace it with Melafix solution made according to bottle label directions for fish. Keep track of the solution volume you put back in, because you will be then adding Melafix for an additional 6 days. Recommending this because I'm sure whatever killed your frog is still in the other tank.
Maybe it was an injury that developed an internal bacterial attack; but the chances those bacteria are in tank water are high. Melafix solution will not hurt healthy frogs as long as you do not overdose it. That is the reason to determine actual water volume in tank first. Once prepared, solution can be stored for couple days in a dark cabinet. Good luck!
