what to do
I'm not sure if it's a male or female, but it just absorbed its tail so I'm trying to figure out what I should start feeding. Wouldn't touch the Tadpole food I had, preferred the alge in the tank. But now that it's a full frog I'm not sure what to try first.

Flightless fruit flies or pinhead crickets are best for young bullfrogs.

idk about bullfrogs, but my treefrogs did not eat for about 5 days after their tails resorbed.

what to do
Just to add, are you planning on keeping this bullfrog? If so, then you will need a huge tank. Like 100 gallons huge.

I plan on keeping him till he gets a little bigger and is eating more. It was something for my kids.

You can try feeding crickets sized smaller than distance between frog's eyes and gut loaded with carrots, lettuce, and cherios cereal 24-48 hours before feeding frog. Also, not dyed night crawlers from Walmart or local bait shops are very nutritious. Can cut with scissors into frog length pieces. Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
