    Default Mold in tree frog tank

    Mold is pretty natural. I dont think it will harm your frog. Try lowering the humidity a little and increasing the light. Is that a dumpy? Is that a 12x12x18?

    Calvin it honestly depends on the type of mold. Do you have a picture of it.

    White mold in a new Vivarium is very common, is not harmful, and will clear up on its own. Grey, Green, Black, Brown mold? Something else all together.

    It's white mold and it's on a wet piece of wood. Is it harmful to the frogs??

    No white mold forming on new wood added to a vivarium is 100% normal and will clear up in a few days to a week without any intervention from you. It is not harmful at all

    Just wanted to comment, your viv is beautiful, and perfect for Whites

    I would love it (and I'm sure others would too) if you were to post pics of the tank in the Vivarium section of the forum. It really is a unique design, and appears to be perfectly functional
