As the proud papa of three frogs(1BF, 2PCF's) I've been learning that these guys like their bugs.....and a lot of them.
I decided not to long ago that breeding dubias and fruit flies would be a good, constant food supply. I have the dubias separated into three containers, small feeders, large feeders, and a breeder container. Last night as I was changing water and feeding the 'phibs, I came across some fruit fly escapees in the roach bins. My questions for you ate as follows...

1. Is it bad for the fruit flies to be hanging with the roaches? Similar to having mites in a fruit fly culture.

2. Is there a trick to capturing stray fruit flies? And gnats?

3. What type of bugs do you use for dubia cleaning crews?

4. Any hints, tips, secrets you would like to share on breeding bugs?

As always your knowledge is greatly appreciated

Thanks
