I put thawed frozen blood worms and brine shrimp onto to metal tweezer and place them in front of my African Dwarf frogs to feed them. Only problem is they nibble on the mettle tweezers and I'm afraid their too sharp. Any better safer way you place frozen food in front of AFD'S mouths. Maybe squishing food onto rubber glove and having frogs eat off of the glove? Seems to work sometimes.
Hey, I find that using a turkey baster works bestWe use them at my work to feed the ADFs and it works great! I just thaw the bloodworms and brine shrimp in water and use the baster like a syringe to suck up the amount needed and then to place it in front of the frogs

Don't use metal tipped tongs to feed frogs; use either plastic or stainless with plastic tips. Dani's method of feeding from kitchen baster is good. Also, can place food in a brine shrimp net and let frogs learn to come inside it and eat.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
