Starting a new cage

Hello all, I am looking into getting a Pacman Frog! I had when when I was younger, ~15-16 and I adored him and I'm looking into getting another one. I will be putting him into a 40 gallon breeder fish aquarium that I have laying around. I was wondering what everything is that I would need to get his habitat started. I want to have everything bought and completely set up and perfect before I pick my little guy up. Thank you

There is a caresheet on this forum, so if you read that you should get a good idea of all the supplies you'd need. Other than that, the only advice I really have is to get something other than one of those stick-on thermometer/hygrometers, because they are very inaccurate. Also, 40 gallons is WAY too big for even an adult. A 20 gallon is fine for a large adult female, but 10 is sufficient for most adults. For babies, you'll need a 5 gallon or critter-keeper. Or a cage divider for the big tank. They get really stressed when they have too much space.
