These were sitting outside in the rain at my house today. They ranged from 3-7 inches. the one in the grass was huge. They ran every time I opened the door so I had to take pictures from inside and couldn't get a good picture. Any ideas? In South Florida

Those are Cane toads (Rhinella marinus) if you have any dogs, be
sure that they avoid the toads at all costs! their poison is very toxic.
