Default Re: White's Tree Frog hurting himself

I have one 60 watt and one 40 watt because the tank is so big. I guess it could be on the warm side if my thermometer is inaccurate? I've tried removing the 40 watt but then it seems too cold (thermometer reads 75 during the day, 60-65 at night)

another weird thing he's doing, but I didn't mention because it's not hurting him: he sometimes removes the water (splashes it out? I have no idea how he does it because I've never caught him doing it) in the smaller, shallower water bowl and replaces it all with substrate. He only does that with the small water bowl, never the larger one. He's been doing this ever since I moved him into the new tank, and he's only been fixated on the corner for about a week, so I don't think they're related. Could this behavior be indicating something?
