Hello and welcome to FF Gary . That size is too small for adult Darts and would only work to raise recently morphed froglets. We recommend 45Lx45Wx60H cm. enclosure; specially for beginners. The extra height is required because you will loose approximately 15 cm. height to drainage/false bottom and substrate layers. Could get away with 45 cm. tall enclosure only for terrestrial darts; but the plants will have little height to grow .
