Chitin is similar to keratin. It makes up the exoskeletons of many, if not all arthropods. Mealworms and superworms have hard exoskeletons that make it hard to digest. The daytime temps should be 80-83 and a fall at night to around 76-77. These frogs come from hot and humid environments and when you are sweating and feeling miserable they are having a ball.

ok frogman0131 sweet thanks for the info but in the day time its all ways at 80-83 some times 87 and at night time its falls at 76-77 some times at 78 how can i get it at the right temp
